Chief Marchiano has been in the Chief ranks for the past 7 years and with the Chester Fire Department for the past 15 years. Chief Marchiano works within the Emergency Services Field as a 911 Dispatcher and has dedicated more than half his life to protecting the community from both inside and outside of the Fire Department.
Fun Fact: Chief Marchiano is a Key Contributor for The Firehouse Tribune, an informational blog and podcast about the fire service.
Jimmy ROSENGRANT
Assistant Chief - Car 2
Asst. Chief Rosengrant has been with the Chester Fire Department for 12 years and has been in the Chief ranks for the past 2 years. Asst. Chief Rosengrant has previously worked as an EMT with FDNY EMS, where he spent nearly a decade, before transferring to a career in law enforcement. Safe to say Asst. Chief Rosengrant wears many hats!
Fun Fact: Asst. Chief Rosengrant is a second generation Police Officer, following in his father’s footsteps.
BRANDON HELMKE
2nd Assistant Chief - Car 3
2nd Asst. Chief Helmke has been with the Chester Fire Department for the past decade and has held many different positions within his company at the Walton Firehouse. 2nd Asst. Chief Helmke aids the community from both behind the phone as a 911 Dispatcher and from the hot seat of his Chief’s vehicle.
Fun Fact: 2nd Asst. Chief Helmke was presented with the Emergency Fire Dispatcher of the Year Award in 2024.
